In order to gain the most value from your investment and ensure your desired outcome, FIGSOL CIC recommends creating an in-house sustainable development programme. This will be a phased approach aligned with your People Strategy and future Investors In People accreditation initially based on a 3 year programme.

This phase will be linked with the Brand Values and Vision. This phase will support the continued development of our People Managers.

1. Identify and develop talented people

We will develop our internal brand to exceed external perception.
The development will consist of 1:1 Coaching for the Senior Management Team through to workshops and training for People Managers at all levels.
2. Review our recruitment, reward and performance management strategies to ensure we’re recruiting and retaining the right individuals to meet the needs
This will lead to behaviours being defined and communicated at all levels of our business.

This work stream also gives scope for the creation of an Academy. 3. Develop the Apprenticeship and Graduate programme through Academy.
We will support all employees to demonstrate our behaviours with a series of workshops.
Conduct an Investors In People assessment.
4. Apply for Investors In People status
We will then develop a sustainable solution of Brand Champions and In-house Trainers.   5. Consider future strategies and how future technological and cultural developments will impact the way in which our people work.
